Can I use Launchdeck for free?
Yes. Launchdeck has a free plan for small projects and occasional deployments. When you're ready to automate your workflow, upgrade for automatic deployments on Git push, more projects, and additional build minutes.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
You can change your plan at any time from the Billing page in your Launchdeck account.

Can I cancel at anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your Launchdeck account. When you cancel, your account will be moved to the free plan and you will no longer be charged for your paid subscription.
Currently, projects above the free plan limit are deleted when you cancel. We recommend backing up any project configuration you want to keep before cancelling. We're working on improving this behaviour so projects can be retained after moving to the free plan.
You can also permanently delete your Launchdeck account from your profile settings.

What payment methods do you accept?
Launchdeck accepts major credit and debit cards through Stripe. We do not have access to your credit card details.

What currency will I be charged in?
Launchdeck subscriptions are billed in euros (EUR). Your bank or card provider may convert the charge into your local currency and charge applicable conversion fees.
