Can I use Launchdeck for free?
Yes, our basic plan is free and includes all our features. You’ll only need an e-mail address to get started. You can continue using the free plan for as long as you’d like until you reach the usage limit.
How does upgrading and downgrading work?
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time and your new plan will be available instantly.
We use prorations to calculate the exact costs. When you upgrade, a one time charge will be due for the remainder of the current contract period. The difference will automatically be added to your upcoming invoice.
You can downgrade at any time, given that your current usage does not exceed the desired plan. When you downgrade, the unused time on the more expensive plan will be added to your balance at the next invoice date.
Can I cancel my account easily?
Yes, all plans are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time. Just go to your billing settings page under the “account” menu in the top right and hit 'Cancel subscription’. If you cancel, all projects except your first one will be deleted and you'll be switched to our basic plan. You will no longer be charged the subscription rate of the paid plan you were using before.
After your cancellation you may also delete your entire account on your profile settings page by hitting ‘Delete account’ if you wish to do so.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
Your card details will be verified and stored securely by Stripe. We do not have access to your credit card information.
Can I pay in another currency?
You will be charged in your local currency. The amount charged in your currency will depend on the exchange rate to ours (EURO) at the time of purchase and any conversion fees charged by your credit card company.
What about taxes?
All prices shown on our website exclude VAT or sales tax that may apply depending on your location. Feel free to contact us if you require help with any additional questions you may have.
